طريقتان لحذف حسابك
الطريقة 1 — من داخل تطبيق ميزان
افتح ميزان ← الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. قد يُطلب منك تسجيل الدخول مجددًا بالطريقة نفسها لتأكيد هويتك. يتم الحذف فورًا ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
الطريقة 2 — من دون التطبيق
أرسل طلبًا من البريد المرتبط بحسابك إلى trymizanapp@gmail.com بعنوان «Delete Mizan Account» (أو اضغط زر «طلب حذف الحساب» أعلاه). سنؤكد استلام الطلب، وقد نطلب منك تحققًا محدودًا من ملكية الحساب، ثم نحذف البيانات نفسها المذكورة أدناه.
ما يُحذف
- جميع قطع الخزنة (مع أي صور مرفقة بها).
- إعدادات الزكاة وقطع الزكاة.
- تنبيهات السعر ورموز الإشعارات الخاصة بأجهزتك.
- ثم حساب الدخول نفسه (Firebase Authentication).
لا نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية من قاعدة البيانات. تُكمل Google Cloud إزالة البيانات المحذوفة من أنظمتها وفق إجراءاتها المعتادة.
ما قد يبقى
- البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك فقط (مثل إعدادات التطبيق) حتى تحذف التطبيق من جهازك.
- بيانات التحليلات غير مرتبطة بحسابك، فلا يمكن تحديدها وحذفها لكل حساب؛ تحذفها Google Analytics تلقائيًا خلال 14 شهرًا كحد أقصى.
- البيانات لدى Google AdMob ومزوّدي تسجيل الدخول (Apple وGoogle وFacebook وX) تخضع لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم.

لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز تسجيل الدخول أو بيانات البطاقة عبر البريد.
Two ways to delete your account
Method 1 — In the Mizan app
Open Mizan → Settings → Account → Delete account. You may be asked to sign in again with the same method to confirm it is you. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Method 2 — Without the app
Email trymizanapp@gmail.com from the address associated with your account with the subject “Delete Mizan Account” (or use the “Request Account Deletion” button above). We will acknowledge the request, may ask you to verify that you own the account, and then delete the same data listed below.
What is deleted
- All Vault items (including any attached photos).
- Your Zakat settings and Zakat items.
- Your price alerts and your devices’ notification tokens.
- Then your sign-in account itself (Firebase Authentication).
We do not keep database backups. Google Cloud completes the removal of deleted data from its systems under its standard process.
What may remain
- Data stored only on your device (such as app settings) until you uninstall the app.
- Analytics data, which is not linked to your account and so cannot be found and deleted per account; Google Analytics deletes it automatically within at most 14 months.
- Data held by Google AdMob and by sign-in providers (Apple, Google, Facebook, X) under their own privacy policies.
