شروط الاستخدام

1. التطبيق

يعرض ميزان أسعار الذهب من مصادر عامة، وينظّم القطع التي تسجّلها في الخزنة، ويقدّر الزكاة من القيم التي تدخلها. باستخدامك التطبيق توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

2. الأسعار والتقديرات

قد تتأخر الأسعار أو تختلف عن سوقك المحلي. نتائج الحاسبة والزكاة تقديرات استرشادية وليست فتوى ولا نصيحة مالية؛ استشر عالمًا مختصًا في حالتك.

3. إزالة الإعلانات

إزالة الإعلانات اختيارية وتُباع عبر المتجر الذي تستخدمه: اشتراك شهري يتجدد تلقائيًا كل شهر بالسعر المعروض حتى تلغيه من ذلك المتجر (ويبقى فعّالًا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة)، أو شراء مرة واحدة مدى الحياة. لا تغيّر إزالة الإعلانات شيئًا آخر في التطبيق.

iOS: عبر App Store من Apple، وتنطبق شروط Apple القياسية (EULA). تُدار الاشتراكات من إعدادات حساب Apple.
Android: عبر Google Play، وتنطبق شروط Google Play. تُدار الاشتراكات من «الاشتراكات» في Google Play. لا تُعرض للبيع لحسابات Google Play في دول الاتحاد الأوروبي.
يخضع الدفع والإلغاء والاسترداد لقواعد المتجر. المشتريات على iOS وAndroid منفصلة: لا ينقل شراء من متجر إزالة الإعلانات إلى المنصة الأخرى.
على Android تُربط عملية الشراء بحساب ميزان الذي كنت مسجّلًا الدخول به عند الشراء (أو بأول حساب تسجّل الدخول به إذا اشتريت دون حساب)، فلا تزيل الإعلانات لحسابات أخرى. تجد «استعادة المشتريات» في الإعدادات ← إزالة الإعلانات.

4. الحساب

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على وسيلة تسجيل الدخول. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الحساب أو كما في حذف الحساب.

5. حدود المسؤولية

يُقدَّم ميزان «كما هو». في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية القرارات المبنية على الأسعار أو التقديرات التي يعرضها التطبيق.

6. التغييرات والتواصل

1. The App

Mizan shows gold prices from public sources, organizes the items you record in the Vault, and estimates zakat from the values you enter. By using the App you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Prices and estimates

Prices can be delayed or differ from your local market. Calculator and zakat results are estimates for guidance, not a religious ruling or financial advice; consult a qualified scholar for your own case.

3. Remove Ads

Ad removal is optional and sold through the store you use: a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel it in that store (it stays active until the end of the paid period), or a one-time lifetime purchase. Removing ads changes nothing else in the App.

iOS: through Apple’s App Store; Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings.
Android: through Google Play; Google Play’s terms apply. Subscriptions are managed in Google Play’s Subscriptions. It is not offered to Google Play accounts in European Union countries.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds follow the store’s rules. Purchases on iOS and Android are separate: a purchase on one store does not remove ads on the other platform.
On Android, a purchase is linked to the Mizan account you were signed in with when you bought it (or the first account you sign in with if you bought without one), and it does not remove ads for other accounts. Restore Purchases is in Settings → Remove Ads.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account or as described in Delete account.

5. Liability

Mizan is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from the prices or estimates the App shows.
