1. نطاق السياسة
توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق ميزان («التطبيق») مع المعلومات عند استخدامك لخدمات أسعار الذهب، حاسبة الذهب، المشتريات، الزكاة وتسجيل الدخول.
2. المعلومات التي نعالجها
- الحساب: معرّف الحساب والبريد الإلكتروني عند توفره وطريقة تسجيل الدخول عبر البريد أو Apple أو Google أو Facebook أو X.
- محتوى المستخدم: تفاصيل مشتريات الذهب، إعدادات الزكاة والتذكير، والصور المرجعية الاختيارية التي تضيفها للقطع.
- إعدادات التطبيق: الدولة واللغة وشكل الأرقام وتفضيلات الواجهة، وقد تُحفظ محليًا على جهازك.
- الإعلانات والتشخيص: قد تعالج Google AdMob ومكوّناتها بيانات الجهاز ومعرّفات الإعلانات وبيانات التفاعل والتشخيص وفق اختيارات الموافقة المتاحة لك.
- بيانات فنية: طلبات الشبكة اللازمة لجلب أسعار الذهب وأسعار الصرف والسجل العام للأسعار.
3. الصور
اختيار الصورة اختياري. يقبل التطبيق الصور فقط، ويصغّرها لاستخدامها كمرجع للقطعة. يعيد التطبيق ترميز الصورة لإزالة بيانات الموقع وبيانات EXIF والرسوم المتحركة قبل حفظها مع سجل المشتريات.
4. لماذا نستخدم المعلومات
نستخدم المعلومات لتسجيل الدخول، مزامنة مشترياتك وإعدادات الزكاة، استعادة بياناتك، تشغيل الميزات، عرض الإعلانات عند السماح، منع إساءة الاستخدام، وتحسين الاستقرار.
5. الخدمات الخارجية
يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات مقدمة من Google Firebase للمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات، وGoogle AdMob وUser Messaging Platform للإعلانات والموافقة، ومزوّدي تسجيل الدخول الذين تختارهم. تخضع معالجة كل مزوّد أيضًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.
6. التخزين والحماية
ترتبط بيانات الحساب بمعرّف مستخدم Firebase وتخضع لقواعد وصول تمنع حسابًا من قراءة بيانات حساب آخر. قد يحتفظ التطبيق بنسخة مؤقتة محليًا لتمكين المزامنة والعمل عند انقطاع الاتصال. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل تضمن أمانًا مطلقًا.
7. الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب ما دام الحساب مستخدمًا أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية. لطلب حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به، راسلنا من بريد الحساب على trymizanapp@gmail.com. سنطلب معلومات محدودة للتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل الحذف.
8. الإشعارات والروابط الخارجية
تذكيرات الزكاة إشعارات محلية يتحكم بها جهازك. روابط جهات الزكاة تفتح مواقع خارجية مستقلة؛ لا يعالج ميزان عملية الدفع أو بياناتها ولا يتحمل مسؤولية ممارسات تلك المواقع.
9. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نتعمد جمع بيانات شخصية منهم. تواصل معنا إذا اعتقدت أن طفلًا زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية.
10. حقوقك وخياراتك
يمكنك تعديل بيانات المشتريات داخل التطبيق، التحكم بإذن الإشعارات من إعدادات iPhone، وتعديل خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات عندما يطلبها النظام. يمكنك طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف عبر بريد الدعم.
11. التغييرات والتواصل

1. Scope
This policy explains how Mizan (the “App”) handles information when you use its gold price, calculator, purchase, Zakat, and sign-in features.
2. Information we process
- Account data: your account identifier, email when available, and selected sign-in method: email, Apple, Google, Facebook, or X.
- User content: gold purchase details, Zakat and reminder settings, and optional reference photos you attach to items.
- App settings: country, language, digit style, and interface preferences, which may be stored on your device.
- Advertising and diagnostics: Google AdMob and related components may process device data, advertising identifiers, interactions, and diagnostics according to your available consent choices.
- Technical data: network requests needed to retrieve gold prices, exchange rates, and public price history.
3. Photos
Adding a photo is optional. The App accepts images only and reduces their size for use as an item reference. It re-encodes images to remove location, EXIF, and animation data before saving them with a purchase record.
4. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, sync purchases and Zakat settings, restore data, operate features, show ads when allowed, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.
5. Third-party services
The App uses Google Firebase for authentication and database services, Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent, and the sign-in providers you select. Each provider’s handling is also governed by its own privacy policy.
6. Storage and security
Account data is linked to a Firebase user identifier and protected by access rules designed to prevent one account from reading another account’s data. A local cache may support synchronization and offline use. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain account data while the account is in use or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us from the account address at trymizanapp@gmail.com. We may request limited information to verify ownership before deletion.
8. Notifications and external links
Zakat reminders are local notifications controlled by your device. Donation links open independent third-party websites. Mizan does not process payment information or transactions and is not responsible for those sites’ practices.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
10. Your choices
You can edit purchase records in the App, manage notification permission in iPhone Settings, and change advertising privacy choices when available. You may request access, correction, or deletion through support.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the App or requirements change. The revised version and date will be posted here. Contact: trymizanapp@gmail.com.
