1. نطاق السياسة
توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق ميزان («التطبيق») على iOS وAndroid مع المعلومات عند استخدامك لأسعار الذهب، حاسبة الذهب، الخزنة (المشتريات)، الزكاة، تنبيهات السعر وتسجيل الدخول.
2. المعلومات التي نعالجها
- الحساب (Firebase Authentication): معرّف الحساب، والبريد الإلكتروني والاسم عندما توفّرهما طريقة الدخول، وطريقة الدخول نفسها: البريد وكلمة المرور أو Apple أو Google أو X. يُستخدم Facebook فقط للحسابات المرتبطة به مسبقًا لتسجيل الدخول مجددًا أو لتأكيد حذف الحساب، مع إيقاف التسجيل التلقائي للأحداث وجمع المعرّف الإعلاني في حزمة Meta.
- الخزنة: اسم القطعة ونوعها وعيارها ووزنها، وسعر الشراء وعملته وتاريخه إن أدخلتها، وإدراجها في الزكاة. تتطلب الخزنة حسابًا، وتُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات Cloud Firestore مرتبطة بحسابك.
- الزكاة: إعدادات الزكاة والقطع التي تضيفها في حاسبة الزكاة، وتُحفظ مع حسابك عند تسجيل الدخول.
- تنبيهات السعر: إعدادات التنبيه ورمز إشعارات خاص بجهازك (انظر القسم 9).
- إعدادات التطبيق: الدولة واللغة وشكل الأرقام وتفضيلات الواجهة، وتُحفظ على جهازك.
- الإعلانات (Google AdMob): قد تعالج Google بيانات الجهاز ومعرّفاته، بما فيها المعرّف الإعلاني على Android، ومنطقة تقريبية مستنتجة من عنوان IP، وبيانات التفاعل مع الإعلان والتشخيص، وفق خيارات الموافقة المتاحة لك.
- التحليلات (Google Analytics for Firebase): الشاشات المعروضة والميزات المستخدمة (كفتح الحاسبة أو إضافة قطعة أو إنشاء تنبيه) دون المبالغ أو الأوزان أو الأسعار، ومعلومات فنية مثل طراز الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق ومعرّف تثبيت التطبيق، ومنطقة تقريبية مستنتجة من عنوان IP. لا تجمع التحليلات المعرّف الإعلاني، ولا نربطها بحسابك، ولا نستخدمها للتتبع.
- بيانات فنية: طلبات الشبكة اللازمة لجلب أسعار الذهب وأسعار الصرف والسجل العام للأسعار.
3. الصور
لا تتيح الإصدارات الحالية من ميزان إضافة صور للقطع. الصور التي أُرفقت بالقطع في الإصدار الأول من التطبيق على iOS تبقى محفوظة مع القطعة كما هي، ولا يحذفها تعديل القطعة، وتُحذف مع القطعة أو مع حذف الحساب.
4. لماذا نستخدم المعلومات
نستخدم المعلومات لتسجيل الدخول، مزامنة الخزنة وإعدادات الزكاة واستعادتها، إرسال تنبيهات السعر، تشغيل الميزات، عرض الإعلانات، فهم استخدام الميزات، منع إساءة الاستخدام، وتحسين الاستقرار. لا نبيع بياناتك.
5. الموافقة وخيارات الخصوصية
إذا كنت في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة أو سويسرا، يعرض التطبيق عند أول تشغيل رسالة موافقة من Google (User Messaging Platform). تحدد اختياراتك ما إذا كانت الإعلانات مخصصة أو محدودة، وعلى Android تحدد أيضًا تشغيل Google Analytics: لا تعمل التحليلات قبل موافقتك، وإذا سحبت الموافقة تتوقف ويُعاد تعيين بياناتها على جهازك. يمكنك تغيير اختياراتك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← خيارات الخصوصية.
6. الخدمات الخارجية
يعتمد التطبيق على Google Firebase (المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات Cloud Firestore والإشعارات والتحليلات)، وGoogle AdMob وUser Messaging Platform للإعلانات والموافقة، ومزوّدي تسجيل الدخول الذين تختارهم (Apple وGoogle وX، وMeta للحسابات المرتبطة بـ Facebook). تخضع معالجة كل مزوّد أيضًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.
7. التخزين والحماية
ترتبط بيانات الحساب بمعرّف مستخدم Firebase وتخضع لقواعد وصول تمنع حسابًا من قراءة بيانات حساب آخر. قد يحتفظ التطبيق بنسخة مؤقتة محليًا لتمكين المزامنة والعمل عند انقطاع الاتصال. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل تضمن أمانًا مطلقًا.
8. حذف الحساب والاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام الحساب موجودًا. يمكنك حذفه بطريقتين:
- داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. قد يُطلب منك تسجيل الدخول مجددًا بالطريقة نفسها لتأكيد هويتك.
- بالبريد: إذا لم تتمكن من استخدام التطبيق، راسلنا من بريد الحساب على trymizanapp@gmail.com بعنوان «Delete Mizan Account». سنطلب معلومات محدودة للتحقق من ملكية الحساب، ثم نحذف البيانات نفسها.
ما يُحذف: جميع قطع الخزنة (مع أي صور مرفقة)، وإعدادات الزكاة وقطعها، وتنبيهات السعر ورموز الإشعارات من قاعدة بياناتنا، ثم حساب الدخول نفسه في Firebase Authentication. يتم الحذف من التطبيق فورًا ولا يمكن التراجع عنه، ولا نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية من قاعدة البيانات. تُكمل Google Cloud إزالة البيانات المحذوفة من أنظمتها وفق إجراءاتها المعتادة.
ما لا يشمله الحذف:
- البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك فقط (إعدادات التطبيق وتفضيلات تذكير الزكاة وأي بيانات حُفظت قبل تسجيل الدخول) تبقى حتى تحذف التطبيق.
- بيانات التحليلات غير مرتبطة بحسابك، فلا يمكن تحديدها وحذفها لكل حساب؛ تحذف Google Analytics البيانات على مستوى الأحداث تلقائيًا بعد مدة الاحتفاظ المحددة للتطبيق، وهي 14 شهرًا كحد أقصى.
- بيانات الإعلانات التي تعالجها Google AdMob، وبيانات مزوّدي الدخول (Apple وGoogle وX وMeta)، تخضع لسياسات تلك الجهات؛ ويمكنك إلغاء وصول ميزان من إعدادات حسابك لديها.
9. الإشعارات والروابط الخارجية
تذكيرات الزكاة إشعارات محلية يتحكم بها جهازك. روابط جهات الزكاة تفتح مواقع خارجية مستقلة؛ لا يعالج ميزان عملية الدفع أو بياناتها ولا يتحمل مسؤولية ممارسات تلك المواقع.
تنبيهات السعر: عند إنشاء تنبيه لسعر الذهب نحفظ إعداداته (العيار، الارتفاع أو الانخفاض، السعر المستهدف والعملة) مرتبطة بحسابك، مع رمز إشعارات (Firebase Cloud Messaging) خاص بجهازك، ليتمكن خادمنا من إشعارك عند وصول السعر إلى هدفك. يُستخدم الرمز لإرسال هذه الإشعارات فقط، ويُحذف عند تسجيل الخروج، وتُحذف تنبيهاتك ورموزك عند حذف حسابك. لا تحتوي الإشعارات إلا على معلومات تنبيه سعر الذهب.
10. الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للبالغين وغير موجّه للأطفال، ولا نتعمد جمع بيانات شخصية منهم. تواصل معنا إذا اعتقدت أن طفلًا زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية.
11. حقوقك وخياراتك
يمكنك تعديل قطع الخزنة داخل التطبيق، وتغيير خيارات الموافقة من الإعدادات ← خيارات الخصوصية، والتحكم بإذن الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك، وحذف حسابك من الإعدادات ← الحساب. يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر بريد الدعم.
12. التغييرات والتواصل
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير التطبيق أو المتطلبات. سننشر النسخة المحدثة هنا مع تاريخها. للاستفسارات: trymizanapp@gmail.com.
1. Scope
This policy explains how Mizan (the “App”) on iOS and Android handles information when you use its gold prices, gold calculator, Vault (purchases), Zakat, price alerts, and sign-in features.
2. Information we process
- Account (Firebase Authentication): your account identifier, your email address and name when your sign-in method provides them, and the sign-in method: email and password, Apple, Google, or X. Facebook is used only for accounts already linked to Facebook, to sign in again or to confirm account deletion, with automatic event logging and advertising-ID collection turned off in Meta’s SDK.
- Vault: each item’s name, type, karat, and weight, the purchase price, currency, and date if you enter them, and whether it counts toward Zakat. The Vault requires an account; this data is stored in Cloud Firestore, linked to your account.
- Zakat: your Zakat settings and the items you add in the Zakat calculator, stored with your account when you are signed in.
- Price alerts: alert settings and a notification token for your device (see section 9).
- App settings: country, language, digit style, and interface preferences, stored on your device.
- Advertising (Google AdMob): Google may process device data and identifiers, including the advertising ID on Android, an approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostics, according to your available consent choices.
- Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): screens viewed and features used (for example opening the calculator, adding an item, or creating a price alert), without amounts, weights, or prices, plus technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, an app-instance identifier, and an approximate region derived from the IP address. Analytics does not collect the advertising ID, and we do not link analytics data to your account or use it for tracking.
- Technical data: network requests needed to retrieve gold prices, exchange rates, and public price history.
3. Photos
Current versions of Mizan do not let you add photos to items. Photos attached to items in the first iOS version of the App are kept with the item unchanged, are not removed when you edit the item, and are deleted with the item or with your account.
4. How we use information
We use information to sign you in, sync and restore your Vault and Zakat settings, send price alerts, operate features, show ads, understand feature usage, prevent misuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.
5. Consent and privacy options
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App shows a Google consent message (User Messaging Platform) at first launch. Your choices decide whether ads are personalized or limited, and on Android they also decide whether Google Analytics runs: Analytics stays off until you consent, and if you withdraw consent it stops and its data on your device is reset. You can change your choices at any time in Settings → Privacy options.
6. Third-party services
The App uses Google Firebase (authentication, the Cloud Firestore database, notifications, and analytics), Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent, and the sign-in providers you choose (Apple, Google, X, and Meta for Facebook-linked accounts). Each provider’s handling is also governed by its own privacy policy.
7. Storage and security
Account data is linked to a Firebase user identifier and protected by access rules designed to prevent one account from reading another account’s data. A local cache may support synchronization and offline use. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
8. Account deletion and data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete it in two ways:
- In the App: Settings → Account → Delete account. You may be asked to sign in again with the same method to confirm it is you.
- By email: if you cannot use the App, email trymizanapp@gmail.com from your account’s address with the subject “Delete Mizan Account.” We will ask for limited information to verify ownership, then delete the same data.
What is deleted: all Vault items (including any attached photos), your Zakat settings and items, and your price alerts and notification tokens are removed from our database, and then your sign-in account in Firebase Authentication is deleted. In-app deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone, and we do not keep database backups. Google Cloud completes the removal of deleted data from its systems under its standard process.
What deletion does not cover:
- Data stored only on your device (app settings, Zakat reminder preferences, and any data saved before you signed in) stays until you uninstall the App.
- Analytics data is not linked to your account, so it cannot be identified and deleted per account; Google Analytics deletes event-level data automatically after the retention period set for the App, at most 14 months.
- Advertising data processed by Google AdMob, and data held by sign-in providers (Apple, Google, X, Meta), is governed by those companies’ policies; you can remove Mizan’s access in your account settings with them.
9. Notifications and external links
Zakat reminders are local notifications controlled by your device. Donation links open independent third-party websites. Mizan does not process payment information or transactions and is not responsible for those sites’ practices.
Price alerts: If you create a gold price alert, we store its settings (karat, rise or fall, target price and currency) with your account, together with a push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) for your device, so our server can notify you when the price reaches your target. The token is used only to deliver these notifications; it is removed when you sign out, and your alerts and tokens are deleted when you delete your account. Notifications contain only gold-price alert information.
10. Children
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
11. Your choices
You can edit Vault items in the App, change consent choices in Settings → Privacy options, manage notification permission in your device settings, and delete your account in Settings → Account. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through support.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the App or requirements change. The revised version and date will be posted here. Contact: trymizanapp@gmail.com.
